Luca brings more than 17 years of hands-on hospitality experience to We Care Hospitality. He began his career at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza at 18 as a server and worked his way through nearly every position before becoming General Manager of one of the company’s top-performing locations. During his time with Anthony’s, he earned the GM of the Year award, trained multiple General Managers, and helped open 15 restaurant locations.

A graduate of Hollywood Hills High School, Luca has built his leadership expertise through years of firsthand experience in operations, team development, and new restaurant openings. He is excited to bring that experience to We Care Hospitality and contribute to a company dedicated to exceptional experiences for its guests, employees, and communities.
