Her career has spanned upscale dining, high-volume restaurant operations, and large-scale entertainment venues, where she has successfully led teams, improved performance, and created memorable guest experiences.

Throughout her career, Kimberly has overseen multi-unit operations, opened new restaurants, and mentored future leaders while fostering strong, people-centered cultures. At We Care Hospitality, she is focused on building high-performing teams, creating efficient systems, and supporting the company's continued growth with a commitment to excellence and hospitality.
