Justine Gall

Director of Events

As our Event Director, Justine is the creative force behind every celebration we host. With years of hospitality experience and a degree in Public Relations from Humber College, she brings a calm, confident energy to even the most complex events. Her journey began in Toronto in 2018 with the JOEY Restaurant Group, where she quickly advanced from server to management. After relocating to Vancouver, she became Events Manager and later joined the corporate marketing team during the pandemic.

Her passion for hospitality brought her to South Florida, where she helped open a new JOEY location before joining We Care Hospitality. With an eye for detail and a talent for creating seamless, memorable experiences, Justine leads everything from waterfront weddings to private parties with care and precision. Outside of events, she mentors new team members, stays on top of industry trends, and brings her love of soccer—and team spirit—to everything she does.
