At We Care, Diego plays a key role in shaping operational standards, improving efficiency, and supporting growth across all locations. He’s dedicated to developing teams, maintaining quality, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Beyond his professional life, Diego loves cooking for family and friends, traveling to explore new cuisines, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, Real Madrid, Inter Miami, and the Miami Heat. He’s also a tech and car enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his family and dogs.
