With an accomplished culinary career spanning luxury resorts, acclaimed restaurants, and nationally recognized hospitality groups, Dan brings extensive culinary expertise and leadership to We Care Hospitality. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, he continued expanding his knowledge through advanced culinary training in Singapore and Thailand while working alongside award-winning chefs across the country.

Throughout his career, Dan has helped open celebrated restaurants, led culinary teams, and refined his craft in some of the industry's most respected kitchens. At We Care Hospitality, he is passionate about delivering exceptional food, developing strong teams, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys traveling, discovering new cuisines, and continuing to explore the ever-evolving world of food and hospitality.
