Dan Seigelman

Executive Chef

From the storied kitchens of Newport to the vineyards of Napa and the vibrant energy of Miami, Chef Dan Siegelman has carved a path defined by excellence, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to craft. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts, Siegelman continued sharpening his global perspective through advanced training at the Suan Dusit Culinary Academy in Singapore and Bangkok.

His career spans some of the country’s most prestigious resorts and restaurants. At The Breakers Palm Beach, he contributed to the Forbes AAA FiveDiamond L’Escalier. At the Fontainebleau, he joined the opening team of Michael Mina’s MM74, and later led the kitchen at Geoffrey Zakarian’s Point Royal inside The Diplomat Resort. With Starr Restaurants, Daniel helped launch several Miami hotspots, including Continental Miami, Le Zoo in Bal Harbour, and Upland Miami under acclaimed chef Justin Smillie.

But it was in Napa Valley — working at Bottega under the late, celebrated Chef Michael Chiarello — where Siegelman immersed himself in the soul of authentic Italian cuisine. Surrounded by the region’s legendary ingredients, he refined his technique further through stages at Michelinrecognized restaurants across the valley.

Most recently, Daniel served as Corporate Chef for the El Camino brand under Modern Restaurant Group, overseeing the openings of their newest locations in West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. His talent has also earned him repeated selection to support culinary operations at The Masters at Augusta National Golf Club, one of the most demanding and prestigious culinary environments in the world.

Now, Chef Siegelman brings his depth of experience, creative vision, and passion for hospitality to We Care Hospitality as he helps bring Ivy’s to life for the Serafini Family. For him, the excitement lies in joining a team that pushes boundaries — and in shaping what promises to be another iconic waterfront dining destination.

“I’m truly honored to be part of this project,” Siegelman says. “Ivy’s is a chance to create something unforgettable.”
