GG's Waterfront Executive Chef

Anthony's passion for cooking began early, inspired by his mother’s work managing a Navy kitchen aboard the U.S.S. Canopus. By fifteen, he was sharpening his skills in Memphis restaurants, and at twenty-three, he joined Nashville’s Watermark, a Southern French fine-dining restaurant, where he led the grill line for seven years. Anthony then spent a decade as Executive Sous Chef at Merchants Restaurant in Nashville, overseeing multiple kitchens and gaining valuable experience managing diverse operations within Strategic Hospitality. In 2019, he became Executive Chef at Beechwood Seafood Kitchen and Bar in Tampa, specializing in fine dining seafood. 

Since 2021, Anthony has been a vital part of We Care Hospitality, leading the culinary team at GG’s Waterfront. He takes pride in showcasing fresh, local seafood and crafting memorable waterfront dining experiences that reflect the company’s commitment to quality and hospitality.
